I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. I maintain a comprehensive approach to care, including brief psychotherapy and prescribing mental health medications if indicated for adults ages 20+. You will receive compassionate and timely care. I am available online weekday evenings for individuals that cannot be seen usual business hours. Please refer to my Grow Therapy calendar for available appointments. I believe that mental health is as crucial to overall well-being as physical health, and everyone deserves to live a life free from the limitations imposed by mental illness. My practice is rooted in the belief that recovery is possible, and that healing is an ongoing journey. With a holistic, patient-centered approach, I work tirelessly to help individuals achieve mental clarity, emotional balance, and a fulfilling life.
In our first session together, we’ll begin with some brief introductions and then explore the specific challenges you're facing. My goal is to understand your unique situation so I can create a personalized plan to guide us in our future sessions. You can expect compassionate care and a listening ear as we work together to address your concerns. I'm here to support you every step of the way as we begin this journey toward finding solutions and improving your well-being.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a comfortable, safe space where my clients feel at ease sharing their concerns. I am a compassionate and supportive person, dedicated to listening without judgment. I believe in building a strong, trusting relationship with each of my clients, which allows them to open up and feel supported as we work together toward their goals.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I blend medication support with short‑term counseling to help clients feel grounded and capable again. I’m especially drawn to working with young adults who are figuring out their path, whether that means navigating a new career, managing anxiety or depression, or finding balance in a demanding world. I also support women who are juggling family responsibilities, relationships, and professional pressures. Many of the women I work with feel stretched thin or emotionally exhausted, and together we create space to breathe, reflect, and regain a sense of control. I’m the right fit for clients who want a supportive, collaborative partner in their care and/or someone who can help stabilize symptoms while also guiding them toward clarity and resilience.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) focuses on current feelings and situations rather than past events like childhood experiences. During a session I might ask about family background to understand the person better, they won't spend to much time on the past. The main focus is on what a person tells themselves that might lead to anxiety or other problems. The goal is to help them deal with realistic concerns in a practical way and challenge negative thoughts or worries. CBT works for people of all ages—children, teens, and adults—and has been shown to help with conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and more. Research also shows that CBT can be effective online, just as it is in person.
In my private practice, I use a person‑centered approach to create a space where clients feel genuinely welcomed, heard, and understood. I move at their pace, trusting that they already carry the insight and resilience needed for growth. My role is to offer steady empathy, realness, and unconditional positive regard so they can explore their experiences without fear of judgment. By showing up authentically and honoring each person’s unique story, I support clients in reconnecting with their strengths and moving toward the changes that feel right and meaningful to them.
