New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and National Board Certified Counselor, as well as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional licensed in the states of Maryland and Delaware. I am equipped with over a decade of experience in the field. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, to promote comprehensive and lasting change.
In our work together, we will explore the challenges that led you to begin therapy and develop individualized goals to guide the process. Goal setting is an essential component of treatment, promoting accountability and progress for both you and I. Throughout this journey, you will be supported, constructively challenged, and validated, while gaining deeper self-awareness to support lasting, healthy change
I emphasize building a strong therapeutic alliance to ensure a safe environment for deeper self-exploration. Increasing self-awareness serves as a foundation for change, enhancing motivation and the effective use of skills learned in therapy.

You're often motivated for change, open to self-exploration, and seeking support to better understand your internal experiences, develop adaptive coping strategies, and improve resilience. We will develop and review goals to ensure you are getting what you came for in therapy.
