Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps me to identify faulty pattern of thinking in my clients while arming them with ways to identify these automatic thoughts and replacing them with better coping mechanisms. I help clients to recognize the distortions in their thinking that are creating problems, and then to reevaluate them in light of reality. I help clients to gain a better understanding of their behavior and motivation of others. I help clients find coping techniques to enhance relaxation.
