She has several years of experience treating mental health conditions and obesity with weight loss options. She offers numerous treatment options, including holistic care, medication therapy, and talk therapy. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health care. In person and telehealth appointments are available.
The first session will consist of a thorough assessment. It will usually last for about an hour.

Since I started back in therapy, I can honestly say it has been a pleasure working with Ms.Yvonka. I always feel heard and validated. I was worrisome about starting therapy back up, yet she gave me a sense of safety when it has come to allowing myself to open up. This journey back to myself has been amazing with the help of Ms.Yvonka.
