Are you tired, overwhelmed, hopeless, and burdened by the weight of your mental health? You deserve to be happy and live your best life. Mental illness knows no socio-economic boundaries and affects people in all socioeconomic statuses. When it comes to working with patients, "curiosity" is my guiding principle. I partner with individuals to dig deep into what's troubling them and work together to set life-affirming treatment goals. I take immense pride in helping and working with clients to find solutions to their Mental Health puzzles.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I strategically determine each client's treatment plan based on their unique needs, current situation, past trauma, nurture, and future goal by using individualized patient-centered and shared decision-making plans which empowers and validates each client that their thoughts and needs were the center of the plan we developed together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

LGBTQ+ positive, sex-positive, and I am pretty calm, compassionate, and relaxed. I prioritize mutual open communication in order to work with each individual's goals. I try to avoid stigma and shame, including about substances, neurodivergence, and unfortunate past events, and I aim to work together to define and pursue health and wellness goals. I prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmaceutical treatments, as well as providing assessments, diagnosis and psychotherapy. I have training and experience in mental health as well as primary care, sexual health, HIV care, and LGBTQ+ health care, and I can help with ADHD, depression, anxiety, attention deficit, OCD, PTSD, and mood disorders.
