Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, let's have a comfortable chat about what’s on your plate. Whether it's tricky conversations, dealing with frustration, or navigating the twists and turns in your relationships, this is your space to open up. Share your story, your dreams, and all the little things that make you who you are – it's a judgment-free zone. Together, we'll weave in practical tools and sketch out a roadmap for your journey towards your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with many clients over the last 18 years, I have developed an approach that allows clients to feel more comfortable with opening up in session.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals and couples that are facing challenges with communication, anger, aggression or relationship conflicts. My clients are seeking support and practical tools as they navigate through these challenges.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my work as a therapist, I use cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT. It's like a roadmap to help people understand and change their thoughts and actions for the better. Together, we figure out how thoughts influence feelings and behavior. Then, we work on practical ways to improve how they think and react, making it easier to handle life's challenges. It's about building skills to navigate the ups and downs more effectively.

Psychoeducation

In my role, I provide psychoeducation to help people better understand their mental health. It's like a learning session where I share information about emotions, coping mechanisms, and mental well-being. By breaking down complex concepts into simpler terms, individuals gain insights into their own experiences and develop tools to manage them. Psychoeducation is all about empowering individuals with knowledge to navigate their mental health journey more effectively.
