In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. By gathering the information and past story of your life it will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I have over 15 years of experience working with children and adults and have many tools in my toolbelt. I love to connect with my clients and walk beside them during this journey.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past 18 years. It’s helped lots of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and depression. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life. My goal is to empower you to live your best life.

Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT)

I have worked with parents and their children for over 18 years. I have lots of experience with building the bond between them. I have been Infant Mental Health certified so I can with with all ages. The parent child relationship is one of the most important one you will ever have so let me help you communicate and reconnect.

Trauma-Focused CBT

i have been trained and used Trauma focused CBT for over 15 years. Many of us have experienced trauma in our lives and this is the best modality to work through it. It starts with giving you tools to deal with your emotions and thoughts and then you process the trauma. I have found it to be very helpful for clients.
