Life can sometimes be overwhelming! In fact, so much so that at times we feel like we can’t breathe or that our hearts will burst out of our chest. Other times, our thoughts and feelings become so unbearably heavy and painful, completing daily mundane tasks become monumental challenges. Then the feelings of guilt and hopelessness invade us accompanied with their friends, Negative Thoughts. They can be intrusive, setting up camp in our minds, and drowning us with sadness, anger, frustration, dread, helplessness, worry or any combination of these. These thoughts and feelings are real and sometimes even visceral, yet there’s no need for them to paralyze us and run the show. And because I know this to be true, my goal is to empower and support you to build on your skills, gain new tools and enhance your strengths to get back into the director’s chair of your life.
