I will provide a safe, comfortable to share, learn and grow. In your initial session, we will identify your primary concerns. In subsequent sessions, we discuss those concerns and will establish goals. As we work together we will and measure progress towards those goals.

I work with clients to recognize negative thought patterns and understand their impact on behavior. I help clients recognizes negative and false thoughts and teach them to counter with healthier more realistic thoughts. Healthy thoughts positively impact behavior and lead to a better mood.
