I utilize a holistic approach and adapt each counseling relationship to the individual’s personal needs, goals, and aspirations. This is done through a strengths-based, client-focused therapeutic approach to partner with you as you seek wholeness. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families as they seek to make necessary changes for cultivating a fulfilling and authentic life. It is my goal to identify your strengths, increase your self-awareness, and assist you in your journey. I specialize in anxiety, depression, faith based (Christian) counseling, pre-martial and martial counseling, life transitions, and identity issues.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into any specific challenges you are facing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are making clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Clients have shared that I offer practical solutions to everyday problems and bring a warmth to every session. I utilize humor when appropriate and believe that therapy can be fun! If you are actively seeking change, want to be challenged in healthy ways, appreciate structure and humor, or want to incorporate your faith in your sessions, we will be a great fit!
