Hi! I have a PhD in psychology as well as a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I have licenses to practice in Florida and Virginia. I have a passion for mental health and actively work with my clients to set and achieve their established goals. I have been in the field for about 11 years and have worked with a vast array of clients.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, clients should expect to have a warm greeting and getting to know you session where we unpack some of issues looking to be addressed that will be used in treatment plan construction.

My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to provide an empathetic, safe environment where my clients can truly express and work on themselves.

I enjoy working with motivated individuals who are ready to make changes in their lives. I work with my clients to equip them with the tools to meet their desired goals. I have experience working with a vast array of populations and age groups.
