During our session, we will learn which coping tools to use to deal with the hardships that come from life and mental health issues. We will dive into your past, present and hopes for your future in order to dismantle negative thought pattern and unlearn maladaptive behaviors. My goal during our sessions is to understand which tools you will need to get you closer to your goals.

My biggest strength is teaching my clients self soothing techniques which center in mindfulness practice. We explore how the physical body reacts to adversity when the mind is overwhelm. Once we have a full picture on how you react to adversity, we can build coping tools that address your unique symptoms. I am a believer that the mind is powerful and once an individual has control of their own mind they are more likely to live a happier, more centered and successful life.

I just had my first session and it was incredible. I felt truly seen and heard. Being able to speak in Spanish made everything even more personal and comforting. I felt safe to open up and let everything out without judgment. My therapist made me feel welcomed from the very beginning. I’m so grateful to have started this journey and already feel a sense of relief and hope. Highly recommend!
