I received my master's degree from Texas Woman's University in Denton Texas. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I collaborate CBT for variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorder, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and eating disorder. It can also be used as a general tool for personal growth and self-improvement. There are typical steps involved with CBT: Assessment, Goal setting, Psychoeducation, Cognitive Reconstructing, Behavioral Techniques, and Homework Assignments.

Couples Counseling

Couple Counseling is a valuable resource for couples who are experiencing relationship challenges and seeking guidance to improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and build a stronger connection. I use different methods based on couple's situation such as: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Integrative Therapy.

Trauma-Focused CBT

There are several effective methods used in Trauma therapy. I use methods such as: Psychoeducation, Relaxation and coping skills, Trauma Narration and Processing, Cognitive Restructuring, Safety and Stabilization.

Attachment-based

Attachment-based Therapy is an approach that focuses on repairing and strengthening the bonds between individuals, typically within family or a romantic relationship. There are some methods commonly used in attachment-based therapy. I mostly use methods such as: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.

Daialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT methods help individuals manage their emotional responses and improve their relationship. I use DBT to treat some types of Personality Disorders, as well as Complex Post Traumatic Disorder. The key techniqus are: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effective ness.
