Hi, I'm Sydnee! Are you looking to find ways to make life a little easier or learn more about yourself? I work with young adults and adults to help them grow in areas they struggle the most. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and walking with you through life. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. In our sessions, I'll always welcome you with kindness, empathy, and a listening ear. Everyone deserves to have a safe place to explore who they are, heal, and become their best self. Let's see if we can do that together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session together will simply be us getting to know each other. I'm curious about what brought you to therapy, what makes now feel like the right time, and what your overall goals are. Additionally, I will always leave time to ensure you get to ask me questions as well!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I pride myself on meeting you where you are, genuinely listening, and supporting you in whatever way I can. I've worked with many individuals and communities that are used to being unheard or misunderstood. I want to create a space for you that makes you feel heard, accepted, and understood. If that is a space that you're looking for, feel free to make an appointment. I can't wait to get to know you!

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

Being trauma-informed simply means we will always take into account your previous experiences to examine how you got to where you are today. We may participate in a trauma treatment model or maybe we just learn some new coping skills, but we will always get to the root of the issue rather than find a surface level solution. This ensures that you are fully heard, understood, and your healing is long lasting!
