Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to effectively connect with clients from diverse communities and cultures.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavior Therapy is based upon the idea that how you think determines how you feel and how you behave. Using the Cognitive behavioral model in my practice you will understand how thoughts shape how you feel and how they impact your life in a significant way. Once you become aware of your own irrational thoughts you will learn to replace them to new, healthy alternatives. Finally, being in control of how you feel.
