Greater understanding of patterns that have been impacting their ability to find connection with self and in relationships with others, relief from suffering, and ideally hopefulness and a feeling of confidence in your ability to tackle the hard things you're facing.
I am a psychodynamic therapist, which basically means I offer care from a long-term perspective. It took you this many years to recognize the struggles you're in, based on past experiences, family, and previous losses... It may take a little bit of time to get a handle on what that means and how you can change going forward. I focus on attachment styles, emotions, and greater understanding of self.
I focus on my clients, and do my best to remember the details that matter. Your experience is central.
