My name is Tracy Burris, LCPC and I am a holistic therapist, that believes in a healthy life balance. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, families, military personnel, first responders, and fellow clinicians who are seeking support with trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for the state of Maryland & Virginia I bring over 13 years of experience helping clients navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
Many people come to my practice feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or impacted by past experiences that continue to affect their daily lives and relationships. I provide a safe, supportive space where my clients can heal, gain clarity, and develop healthier coping strategies.
My approach combines accountability, empathy, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet clients where they are in their journey, while identifying how to improve their quality of life.
I enjoy working with clients who have that inner strength to make it through, even if they don't recognize it, clients who are ready for change, show self‑awareness, recognizing patterns that no longer serve them.
