Hi, I’m India, and I’m searching for clients who are ready to start a new journey but aren’t ready to do it on their own. Have you been feeling overwhelmed with the pressure and stressors of life? Feel as though every turn you take leads you down a path of darkness, hopelessness, self-doubt, and despair. Struggling to manage everyday tasks, and have a desire to keep going but can’t motivate yourself to do so? I dedicate my work to helping hardworking men and women like yourself, obtain the tools they need to better manage high stress situations that often feel overpowering. As we work together to identify the issues that bring about symptoms of anxiety, stress and often depression, you will acquire the confidence you need to make those positive, meaningful changes. We will focus on empowering and lifting your spirit, before identifying areas of the mind that have a negative impact on the physical. The approach will always be person centered, warm and will allow you to become more aware of the person you truly are, with a goal of believing you are the individual you desire to be. My approach is integrative and includes evidence-based techniques that will allow you to discover new ways to manage the uncertainty of life. You will always be respected and viewed as the expert and can feel safe knowing I genuinely care about your progress. So, if you’re ready to take the next step and feel the time to reclaim yourself is now, let’s work together to formulate an effective plan.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My clients can expect to have a therapist who actively listens and helps them identify and understand the issues that have negatively impacted their lives. They will gain greater insight into the root causes of their pain, behaviors, and choices, while learning effective ways to better manage them. My clients will leave the session feeling heard, empowered, and encouraged. They will feel validated, and will feel more confident utilizing the tools, strengths, and resources they already possess. Each one of my clients will learn to view themselves as individuals with problems and not the problem.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Treatment methods used include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Strength-based Therapy and Christian Based Counseling.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is my ability to actively listen and provide a space where clients are comfortable and can immediately begin to build a rapport. I am open, honest and able to validate my clients experiences in a warm manner that allows them to be okay with opening up, even at their first visit. My approach is welcoming and clients generally get a sense that I share in concern about the issues they find difficult to manage.
