Hello! Life can be filled with different challenges, and with the use of therapy, you have the opportunity to feel empowered and better navigate these challenges. As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm and welcoming space for you to feel comfortable. My approach is to provide you with support and guide you in building coping strategies. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts, and have primarily worked as a therapist since 2015.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will discuss what led you to seek treatment and together we will determine what goals you have for therapy. I will also describe my approach during therapy sessions and would be happy to answer any questions you have about the process. I strive to provide you with support, compassion, and helping you feel heard.

As a therapist since 2015, I have been able to help my clients overcome and better manage their stress and anxiety. My clients have also described me as empathetic, non-judgmental, and a good listener.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Through the use of DBT in sessions, you will learn coping skills to better manage your emotions and navigate interpersonal conflicts. DBT is clinically proven to assist those with difficulty with regulating their mood.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT will be used in sessions to heighten your awareness of your thoughts and emotions, and to challenge any irritational thoughts. CBT is an evidenced based approach that helps those with mood disorders including anxiety and depression.
