Hi, I'm Courtney. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 4 years of experience. I serve adult populations struggling with mental health disorders and/or addiction issues. I provide individual therapy with a focus on treating depressive and anxiety disorders, trauma, addiction, and relationship-related issues. I am passionate about empowering clients through the process of self-discovery as they overcome challenges associated with mental health disorders to live a mindful and authentic life.

Treatment goals are collaboratively established between client and therapist and are tailored specifically to meet each client's unique therapeutic needs. My therapeutic approach is integrative as I draw upon the concepts of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). I utilize evidence-based techniques proven through research to be effective in addressing various mental health concerns. I provide trauma-informed care viewed from an internal family-systems and multicultural perspective. My therapeutic style is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented.
