Prioritizing your mental health is essential to living a happy and stable life, and I’m so glad you’ve chosen me to support your journey. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. While I have cared for patients across the lifespan in community health centers, post-acute care, and mental health hospitals as a Family Nurse Practitioner, my passion lies in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and compassionate, combining evidence-based medication management with practical therapeutic techniques to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is holistic, compassionate, and patient-centered, ensuring that you feel heard, supported, and empowered. As part of this care, I provide thoughtful and evidence-based medication management to help restore balance and improve functioning. I also use medication/s when appropriate to stabilize mood, reduce distressing symptoms, and support lasting change. I work closely with each patient to tailor treatment plans to their unique needs and preferences.
First session
In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we will discuss what brings you in and what you hope to achieve in treatment. I will ask about your current concerns, medical and mental health history, and any previous experiences with therapy or medications. Together, we will begin to create a personalized plan that feels right for you, whether that includes medication management, therapy, or both. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer path forward

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts that impact their emotions and behaviors. I have guided individuals through CBT to manage anxiety, depression, and life stressors effectively. In our sessions, I incorporate medication management, structured techniques such as cognitive restructuring. My goal is to equip you with practical tools to better understand your mind and build resilience in daily life.
