I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been licensed for more than twenty years. I have worked in a variety of settings to include residential and outpatient adult and adolescent treatment facilities. My goal as a therapist is to help you become... this means I work with you to determine where you are, where you want to go, and who or what you want to become as a person. I utilize CBT techniques and methods to help you replace faulty thoughts and beliefs with more effective one, leading to stable emotions, and enhanced behavior. I specialize in relationships, personal development, substance abuse and compulsive sexual behavior. I am a therapist who is willing to try new ways and methods of doing things.

In our first session we will get to know one another, I will ask many questions in order gain background knowledge into your current situation.
Strengths
My strengths are the ability to help couples gain or regain traction in their relationships through effective communication, understanding everyone's role, and learning how to apply those skills within the relationship.
Ideal clients
I love working with clients eager to learn, grow, and make changes in their lives. I also want these clients to understand that change may take time, but if one puts in the work, change will occur.

I also am able to provide Christian Counseling for those who want to integrate their Christian faith into the therapy session.
