I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been licensed for more than twenty years. I have worked in a variety of settings to include residential and outpatient adult and adolescent treatment facilities. Alfred, has been a great help with opening our eyes to better understand what’s important in our relationship. Alfred is a very kind man and a carrying Christian. I felt a little bit like just another client. He also talked a lot. Some of it was useful information about communication so I can improve. I really appreciated that. But other times, something I said would trigger a story from his past. Because I listened, he did this a lot. Still, he is very kind.
