Hello! I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in the states of Mississippi and Texas. I am certified in Clinical Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment. My passion is working with youth/adolescents to teach how to manage anxiety, cognitive therapy skills, and effective emotional regulation skills in order to become the best version of themselves. I believe every child deserves compassion and a safe place.
In our first session, my goal is to make the parent and their child as comfortable as possible. The first session is very imperative so that I can gather as much information as possible about the client. You will have opportunity to get to know me as well, and ask as many questions as you want. We will determine if we are a good fit from there.
As a provider, my greatest strengths are being resilient, having a good sense of humor, and being open to learning from my amazing clients!
I love working with children and adolescents who maybe seen by others as "difficult". My clients often struggle with learning how to handle big emotions or life's big changes. They may often feel overlooked, misunderstood, or different.
