Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our initial session, we will begin with introductions, followed by a comprehensive psychosocial assessment to understand your background and current concerns. This process will allow me to identify the specific challenges you are facing and develop a tailored plan to address them in our subsequent sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With 17 years of experience supporting families and professionals, I have developed a strategic approach that helps you: (a) uncover the root causes of your challenges and (b) design a personalized plan to achieve measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about supporting professional women who struggle with anxiety and feel stuck in their personal or professional lives. Many of the women I work with face challenges like burnout, work-related stress, a lack of self-care, and difficulties in their relationships.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a counselor with extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have successfully utilized this evidence-based treatment method to help clients address a wide range of psychological issues. My approach involves a structured, goal-oriented process that empowers clients to identify and challenge their negative thought patterns and behaviors, ultimately leading to significant improvements in their emotional well-being and overall functioning.

Brainspotting

I am trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and integrate this powerful, brain-based therapy into my practice to support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and stress-related symptoms. Brainspotting allows us to access deeper layers of the brain and body where trauma and emotional pain are often stored. By helping clients identify “brainspots” tied to distressing experiences, we create space for deep processing, emotional release, and long-term healing. In my practice, I use Brainspotting in a culturally responsive and trauma-informed way, especially when working with high-achieving women, professionals, and those experiencing burnout. It’s a gentle but transformative tool that supports my clients in slowing down, reconnecting with their bodies, and safely processing what traditional talk therapy sometimes can’t reach. Brainspotting has become a key part of my approach to helping clients not only cope—but truly heal.
