I specialize in working with high-achieving and highly-sensitive/empath people who are balancing career, relationships, and personal wellbeing. Our work together is focused, supportive, and action-oriented. Whether you’re recovering from burnout, navigating a major life transition, or ready to grow into the next version of yourself, I provide the structure, skills, and guidance to help you get there. I Can Help You With: Preventing and healing from burnout, compassion fatigue, and work stress Rebuilding your identity after relationship struggles, breakups, and divorce Balancing career, family, and personal life without losing yourself in the process Promoting overall mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
The goal for the first session is to start to get to know why you are coming to therapy/coaching now. We'll create therapy goals that align with you needs. I'll explain a bit about my therapy and counseling methods and what you can expect from me throughout our process together.
You don’t have time for therapy that drags on without direction. My approach is results-driven, focused, and designed to help you heal and move forward. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to reduce stress, restore energy, and help you feel more like yourself again. I combine evidence-based therapy techniques (i.e., DBT, IFS, tapping, and more) to help you recover from emotional pain, strengthen self-identity, and build healthier patterns for the future.
Many of my clients come to me exhausted from burnout or carrying deep relationship wounds—whether from breakups, divorce, or ongoing relationship struggles. These experiences can leave you questioning your self-worth and identity.
I am a certified DBT therapist who has over 10 years experience using these techniques to help people with personality disorders, trauma, anxiety, burnout, and relationship and identity issues.
IFS helps us identify and resolve parts within us that were once helpful, and likely now are not.
Compassion and self-compassion are often times the key factors that a person is missing to truly heal for good.
