My experience working at an inpatient behavioral hospital has allowed me to witness when creating nonjudgmental spaces, healing begins. ost of my work has been focused working with adolescents, however I have experience working with adults. I n each session, I enjoy exploring your concerns, and together implementing interventions.
During our initial sessions, we will focus on identifying your strengths and supportive system to help process the issues. We will meet weekly until we have reached your goals. I will discuss the therapy models I implement. The expectations I ask for therapy to be beneficial. We will make a decision together if we should move forward with therapy sessions.
