Hi! I am a passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist focusing on helping clients build resilience through emotional regulation, coping skills, and self-esteem. I graduated from Mercer University with a Master's in Marriage and Family therapy. My experience includes working with a diverse population of families, couples, and children with a range of diagnoses and/or adversities with over 7yrs practice.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session together, we'll start with introductions, and then dive into getting to know you better and the specific challenges you're facing. Utilizing the Biopsychosocial-spiritual model and contextual questioning will help me learn what treatment is best for you and create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My experience with working with a diverse population of families, couples, and children with a range of diagnoses and/or adversities over the past 7yrs has provided me with unique observant skills. I favor trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy along with solution-focused therapy from a systemic perspective. However, I am flexible as to what will work best with my client's needs to be the best version of themselves and function successfully.
