Hello! I am Jennifer and I am ready to meet you! My experience and joy is working with children and adults who have ADHD, autism, and anxiety. Many of the people who decide to work with me are looking for ways to cope with struggles at work or in personal relationships. My approach is based on practical, do-able approaches for meaningful living and feeling better.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

A lot of people are nervous the first time they meet with a therapist or a new therapist but feel more comfortable very quickly. During the first session, I will focus on getting to know you and why you are looking for help. I will answer any questions you have and we will set goals and make a plan. Are you ready to take the next step with me?

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My best trait is that I work really hard to meet people where they are at in their lives and feelings.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. I really appreciated the opportunity to work with individuals in all stages of development. My background is in working with children and adults with ADHD, anxiety, autism, and depression. I enjoy helping people meeting goals that are unique to them and their stage of development. My practice is based on really listening to my clients and meeting them where they are at and finding out where they want to go.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients reduce the power and unhook from negative self-talk, anxiety, and fear.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is helpful for individuals looking for ways to have more control of their responses to strong emotions. DBT also teaches people effective communication strategies for difficult conversations.

Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT)

PCIT is a great therapy for helping children with distruptive behaviors like aggression, breatking things, loud outbursts, and not listening to parents. Parents and children can feel more connected and more in sync through the use of PCIT.
