I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting adults through life’s transitions. In my online practice, I work with individuals 18 and older navigating changes in work, school, relationships, or loss. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or feeling stuck — often finding it hard to focus, make decisions, or trust themselves. Whether you're adjusting to college or graduate school, facing conflict in a relationship, or questioning your sense of direction or worth, I offer a supportive space to explore what’s going on. Using cognitive behavioral and relational approaches, I help clients quiet the critical inner dialogue and reconnect with clarity, confidence, and compassion for themselves.
Our first session is a gentle introduction to the therapy process. We'll talk about what brings you in, explore what feels most important to focus on right now, and begin identifying goals that matter to you. This is also a time to get a sense of what it’s like to work together and to determine what schedule and pace feels right for you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — we’ll start where you are
Clients often tell me I bring a calm, grounded energy to our work — the kind that makes it easier to breathe, reflect, and speak honestly. I listen closely, with care and curiosity, and I help people gently shift the stories they tell themselves. Outside of therapy, I own several dogs and horses, most of whom are rescues. I’ve been involved in equine-assisted therapy since the beginning of my career, and the presence, patience, and emotional attunement of animals continues to shape the way I approach healing — with steadiness, connection, and trust in the process. I also have a background in music, and I believe in the quiet power of creativity, humor, and finding your own rhythm again.
My ideal client is ready to take an active role in their growth. They may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain — but they’re open to exploring what’s beneath the surface and willing to do the work to shift patterns that no longer serve them. I work well with individuals who appreciate a warm, interactive style. I bring a collaborative spirit, deep curiosity, and a sense of humor to the process — creating space for insight, relief, and meaningful change.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in how they feel and function. CBT offers a powerful way to better understand the patterns that keep us stuck. I use it to help clients shift perspective, reduce distress, and move forward with intention.
My work is grounded in relational and interpersonal approaches, emphasizing connection, emotional insight, and collaborative growth.
