Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I want to hear from you what brings you to counseling. I might ask some clarifying questions as you talk, and at the end we will discuss a plan moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As previously indicated I have a wide range of experience but enjoy working with people navigating "coming out", women, and those with OCD and anxiety. I have experience in anxiety, depression, OCD, career- counseling, women's issues, and addiction.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

LGBTQ+, Anxiety, Phobias, OCD, Depression. I would be a great fit for a client who needs work with a warm and relational clinician who knows how to implement treatment for depression, anxiety, phobias, and OCD, as the treatment is often more clinical in nature.
