I am a licensed professional counselor and counselor supervisor with a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I have been providing counseling and care for clients with a wide range of concerns over the last 15 years. I have specific experience working with people who have depression, anxiety, OCD, and phobias.
As previously indicated I have a wide range of experience but enjoy working with people navigating "coming out", women, and those with OCD and anxiety.
I am an LGBTQ+-affirming, kink and sex-affirming, and neuro-affirming clinician.
First session
In our first session, I want to hear from you what brings you to counseling. I might ask some clarifying questions as you talk, and at the end we will discuss a plan moving forward.

Ideal clients
LGBTQ+, Anxiety, Phobias, OCD, Depression. I would be a great fit for a client who needs work with a warm and relational clinician who knows how to implement treatment for depression, anxiety, phobias, and OCD, as the treatment is often more clinical in nature.
Treatment methods
Gender-affirming therapy
Clinician is trained and has experience working with transgender and gender fluid identifying individuals.
Relational
Clinician has a PhD. which focused on using relational cultural theory with clients and students.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Clinician has training and experience using CBT and Exposure Response therapy for clients who struggle with anxiety and OCD.
