Monique Woodby- Sibley is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Masters of Mental Health Counseling Degree. She has experience working with diverse populations of individuals, families, and couples in a varietyof treatment settings including inpatient, outpatient and community based services.
