CBT is the most practical and effective treatment method. I have utilized various CBT tools such as thought record to address cognitive distortions, strategies to increase self-awareness and identify situations that trigger emotions related to work, relationships and other behaviors that contribute to mental health symptoms of anxiety, depression and other conditions.
