(she/her)
Hi, I’m Karla Correa, a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor with roots in Colombian and Mexican culture. I’m passionate about holding space for women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and anyone moving through life transitions, identity exploration, or struggles with anxiety and body image. I bring warmth, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect into every session, believing that healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported. Therapy with me is a space to reconnect with your strength, your story, and your sense of self.
In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you—gathering information to better understand your needs and how I can best support you. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals and guides our work moving forward.
I bring over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, rooted in the belief that healing looks different for everyone, and that meaningful change is possible at any stage of life.
I’m here to support clients who are ready to live healthier, more fulfilling lives, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s holding you back and gently challenge the beliefs that no longer serve you. I’m here to help you build healthy coping skills and reconnect with your inner strengths so you can feel more grounded, confident, and whole.
