My approach to counseling is grounded in client and family centered care and evidence-based practices, ensuring that the methods used are supported by the latest research. I emphasize the importance of building strong, relational connections with my clients, fostering a safe and trusting environment. Together, we stay motivated for change, working collaboratively to achieve your personal goals and enhance your well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, you can expect a comprehensive assessment to gain a clear understanding of your values and challenges. We'll take the time to discuss your goals for therapy and identify the areas you want to focus on. By the end of our session, we'll have a tailored plan in place for your next steps, ensuring you feel supported and motivated on your journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, my strengths lie in my evidence-based and engaging approach, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment for clients. I excel in building strong, relational connections, ensuring each client feels understood and supported. My empathic nature and creative strategies make therapy sessions both effective and enjoyable. I take great pleasure in seeing patients and families achieve their goals, celebrating their progress and success along the way.
