Greetings! Thank you for viewing my profile. Regarding my experience and education, I received a Master's degree with a specialization in mental health counseling in 2008. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Florida Tele-Health approved provider, National Certified Counselor, and Master Addiction Counselor. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in many different capacities over the last 20 years. I have extensive experience working with individuals, families, couples and groups. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with moderate to severe behavioral and emotional issues, such as AD/HD, oppositional and defiance issues, conduct problems, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, suicidal ideations, narcissistic and borderline personality disorder/traits, Autism spectrum, relationship conflict, family conflict, domestic violence, child abuse/neglect, stress, anger management, career coaching, addictions and substance abuse related disorders and issues.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, gathering pertinent background information, setting goals and identifying areas of struggles, obstacles and challenges are the main focus. I like to provide client's with specific tasks/homework to assist with improving the symptoms they may be experiencing.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DIalectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, Problem-Solving, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
As a Clinician, I attempt to provide my clients with an environment that is secure and comfortable. Building rapport, proactively listening, establishing realistic goals and habits, as well as providing direct and empathic feedback is the primary focus regarding the care and treatment of my clients.
