New to Grow
I'm a humanistic therapist with over 10 years of experience who believes that you are the expert on your own life. My work is rooted in narrative therapy — the idea that the stories we tell about ourselves shape how we see our possibilities, and that those stories can be rewritten. I work primarily with adults facing serious illness — whether that's your own diagnosis or the profound weight of caring for someone you love. These experiences can leave people feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are outside of the role illness has handed them. I offer a space to slow down, make meaning, and reconnect with your own strength and values. My style is warm, authentic, and non-pathologizing. I don't see you as a collection of symptoms or problems to be fixed. I see a whole person, navigating something genuinely hard — and I'm here to walk alongside you in that.
In our first session, I like to get to get to know you and establish what you would most like to focus on in our time together.
I am able to be deeply present with you. My clients have said they feel deeprely validated and seen by me.
I love working with adults navigating serious illness, or those who are caring for loved ones navigating serious illness. I am continually impressed by how serious illness can assist us to dig deep and discover what is most profound within us. I am able to be deeply present with my clients and to be a witness to your journey, and see what arises within you as your next step.

I have a person-centered, non-pathologizing approach that fosters growth, authenticity, and self-actualization.
