I have been in the field since 2013, and prior to that worked in direct support with children on the spectrum. I have a passion for helping and supporting others through all aspects of life through theoretical frameworks that best fit their needs. I am a client centered and compassionate provider who enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and cooking.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will answer any questions that you may have about my practice or therapy in general. We will gather information about your history and your current concerns, and your desired outcome for therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a provider I enjoy building my rapport with client's to best understand which approach will fit their needs. I hold space for client experiences and will utilize empathy and validation to drive self-discovery, and I also will redirect as necessary when needed. I am a gentle and direct provider.

I have a high interest in clients motivated to engage in treatment and utilize tools to improve overall well-being, from ages 6-99. I have experience with multiple clients navigating life stressors or processing through grief, as well as transitions/adjustments of life. High motivation for clients navigating postpartum and attachment. I also enjoy utilizing play therapy for younger clients learning to regulate through grief, separation, and out of home placement.
