All services are provided from the comfort and convenience of your home. My ideal client is 21 years of age and older.

First session
We will work together to identify areas in your life that are hindering you from being your best self. During our work together we will discuss and build an array of strategies, coping skills, and lifestyle changes to address current challenges. I carefully select individualized interventions that create growth, fresh perspectives, and a plan for achieving your goals.
Strengths
I specialize in helping clients to identify negative patterns that result in feelings of being stuck. I assist in working through these patterns which may include chronic cycles of toxic relationships, unhealthy behaviors and a general lack of progress. In our work together, you will reflect on and begin to lay the foundation for building a new future.
Ideal clients
Adults that are having difficulty coping with stressors that include depression, chronic health conditions, life transitions, employment, racial traumas, family conflict. I am also focused on individuals in need of Christian based counseling.
