(she/her)
I’m a LMHC and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) who specializes in working with individuals impacted by trauma and overwhelming life experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and integrative—combining traditional talk therapy with experiential methods, including Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP). I help clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional regulation, and move toward healing in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and sustainable.
Your first session is about creating safety and connection. I understand that sharing your story—especially if you’ve experienced trauma—can feel vulnerable, so we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. You won’t be expected to dive into anything before you’re ready. Instead, we’ll focus on building trust, understanding what you’re experiencing, and identifying ways to help you feel more grounded and supported as we begin this work together.
I’m not a “just sit back and nod” therapist—I’m engaged, present, and genuinely invested in your growth. I’ll meet you with compassion and understanding, but also honesty and gentle challenge when it’s needed. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, which means we’re not only talking through your experiences—we’re working with how they’ve impacted your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of self. Together, we’ll focus on building regulation, awareness, and lasting change—not just short-term coping. And while we take your healing seriously, I also believe there’s room for lightness along the way—because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
I love working with individuals who are motivated to move forward from the past hurt and traumatic experiences. My clients may have suffered a multitude of trauma or abuse, but they are eager and willing to trust in the therapeutic process.
