Hello! I am a LMHC and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I have over 7 years of experience helping others throughout the therapy process. I graduated with my Masters from Stetson University and I am currently working on a PhD in Forensic Psychology. I primarily work with children, teens, and adults on overcoming their struggles related to PTSD and trauma, and help them achieve a more fulfilling life.

I love working with individuals who are motivated to move forward from the past hurt and traumatic experiences. My clients may have suffered a multitude of trauma or abuse, but they are eager and willing to trust in the therapeutic process.

Trauma-Focused CBT
When working with PTSD, C-PTSD, and other trauma related disorders, the combination of CBT with trauma-informed care can be incredibly beneficial in breaking old patterns from our negative experiences.
