As your therapist, I would integrate multiple therapeutic modalities based on your specific needs and preferences. Some of my commonly used modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy.
As your therapist, my biggest strengths lie in my ability to provide support, guidance, and understanding to you while you are facing emotional challenges.
