If you're feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or worried about your child, you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland who works with children, teens, and young adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.

With children, I often use play therapy and expressive arts to help them process feelings in ways that feel natural and comfortable.

I believe healing happens best when clients feel safe and supported just as they are.

First session

Your first session is a chance to feel welcomed into a warm, supportive environment where you don't have to have everything figured out. We'll spend time talking about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping for. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and exploring how therapy can support you or your family moving forward.

Strengths

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, meaning we move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. With children, I often use play therapy and expressive arts to help them process feelings in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Whether you're a child, teen, or young adult, therapy with me is a collaborative process where your voice matters.

Ideal clients

I work with children, teens, and young adults who want to better understand themselves, manage big or overwhelming emotions, and build healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma, and I enjoy creating a supportive, welcoming space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we work toward building confidence, strengthening emotional regulation, developing practical coping skills, and creating meaningful changes that support emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and personal growth both now and in the long term.

Treatment methods

Supportive

I use supportive therapeutic techniques to create a safe, validating, and collaborative environment where client's feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring challenges, and building on their existing strengths

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness-based approaches to help clients increase present-moment awareness, better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and improve emotional regulation.
