(she/her)
Hello, I'm Page and I'm so glad you're here. I've been a therapist over 25 years and still love it! I'm licensed and certified in various mind-body and evidence based methods, so we can tailor therapy to your needs. I know life gets hard and stuff pops-up out of nowhere. It's my mission to help you sort through life challenges and make meaningful sense of it all. As therapists go, I'm not the quiet, nodding type who doesn't say much--I'm right there with you, working it all out, shoulder to shoulder. Often, I am the therapist that treats others in the helping professions, be it therapists, doctors, nurses, teachers - so don't hesitate to reach out if this is you! Lastly women's issues and couples therapy, and all that entails, are special passions of mine.
In sessions, you'll find a warm, judgement-free space that puts you at ease, so you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll unpack what's happening, cultivate hope, find answers, and get results. I don't just work to resolve symptoms or take care of surface-stuff. I treat the whole person, activating your inner strengths and long-held dreams. If I've done my job, your life will be better than before. I'm also practical, providing resources and homework as desired.
Clients tell me that I'm very real in session. With a knack for deep insight and boiling things down, clients better understand what's going on and access motivation to take action. I think that's what therapy's all about--a space to heal, understand what's really going on, and see meaningful ways forward. When you have real support and effective tools on your side, things look and feel a whole lot better.
If you are ready to move forward, and not afraid of discomfort, I am your person! Conditions I specialize in include anxiety, depression, grief, and complexities with work and family life. I've worked extensively with life transitions, obesity/weight issues, eating disorders, separation and divorce, finding your purpose, and even relational conflict when you're partner won't come to therapy. Together we'll figure it out, access strengths, heal the spots that hurt, and move toward a fulfilling life. If you're ready to live the life your soul knows is possible, I’m here!
Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is a go-to resource in my practice for 2 reasons: it's super user-friendly and it's backed by strong evidence and research. CBT is effective and practical, getting clients results sooner than not. It works real wonders--clearing brain fog, boosting mood, and conquering obstacles with decisive action. Clients tell me they feel more resilient and proactive in their lives. Together, we’ll use CBT to break through what's holding you back, heal underlying concerns, and turn your goals into a meaningful reality.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
MBT is one of my favorite ways to work with clients because it gets your entire being--mind, body, and heart--to tackle what's on your plate. I've seen first-hand how MBT transforms lives by aligning your mental, emotional, and physical strengths to overcome barriers, enhance resilience, and achieve meaningful goals. Clients often tell me that MBT helps them feel strong and capable when stress and adversity hit. Together, we'll heal old wounds, strengthen your core, and make tangible strides toward the life you desire.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is cutting-edge because it uniquely blends acceptance and change strategies, a perfect duo for overcoming really complex challenges--the kind that just won't go away. DBT spells out 4 key "how-to" life-skills, that can see us through most troubles--effectively moving through distress; improving complicated relationships; managing off-the-charts feelings, and developing practical coping skills. It’s backed by robust research for treating obesity/weight gain, menopause fall-out, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Overall, DBT gives my clients really practical tools along with emotional healing, a life-changing combo if you're seeking to break free from destructive patterns and build a life you love living.

This was my first meeting with Page and I am beyond thrilled and delighted to have found her. I felt safe and supported sharing my life experiences and challenges with her. She asked important questions, reflected back what she heard from me, and met me with great empathy and encouragement. I felt I’d worked with her for years, it was such an immediate connection! I’m grateful for this therapy relationship and confident she can help me navigate all of the challenges I’m facing. She’s fantastic!

I started seeing Page for postpartum anxiety, and from speaking with her we were able to break through some underlying anxiety and control issues together. She is a great listener and able to help me think more about my emotions and feelings. Page is very encouraging and gives me “homework” to practice to help manage my anxiety, which I find to be very helpful!
