If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether it is anxiety, career direction, relationship problems, or personal growth. Therapy can offer more than just talking through problems. I work with individuals who want a thoughtful, structured approach that combines deep understanding with practical tools to create meaningful change. Together we focus on clarity, actionable insight, and building momentum toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Early in our work together, my goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and clearly understood while also building momentum toward change. I believe that understanding creates lasting growth, so sessions balance deeper insight with practical skills and strategies you can actively use between meetings.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My work is grounded in diverse life experiences that have strengthened my ability to understand different perspectives and cultural backgrounds. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique goals and challenges, focusing on specific areas where I can provide targeted, specialized support. In addition to my clinical training, I’ve pursued advanced study in leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational behavior.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I help adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain in their professional lives. Whether you’re facing burnout, workplace stress, time management challenges, relationship strain, or considering a career change, we focus on understanding what’s driving the stress and building practical skills that create clarity and confident forward movement.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core part of how I work with my clients. CBT helps you notice and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, so you can build healthier ways of coping and make real, positive changes in your life. I customize CBT techniques to fit your unique situation because I believe that therapy should be as individual as you are. My goal is to support and empower you to face challenges and improve your overall well-being.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you become more accepting of your current situation, develop mindfulness skills, and find new ways to create meaningful change. This approach can be especially helpful if you’re dealing with career-related stress or anxiety, as it encourages flexibility in how you respond to challenges and tough emotions. Together, we’ll work on building your resilience so you can move forward with greater confidence and focus on what truly matters to you.
Strength-Based
I take a strengths-based approach, working with you to uncover the personal strengths and qualities you already possess. Focusing on these strengths can be incredibly motivating and uplifting, helping you build confidence and improve your self-esteem. By recognizing and using what you’re already good at, we can empower you to overcome challenges and make meaningful progress toward the changes you want to see in your life.
