Carol was wonderful to work with. She is compassionate, attentive, and truly took the time to listen and understand what I’m experiencing. I appreciate that she takes a holistic approach and makes me feel comfortable being open and honest. I did not feel rushed or judged, and I left the appointment feeling heard and supported. I’m very grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized care.

It felt like a safe and warm atmosphere during our initial meeting. We dug right into what might be going on, what I notice during those moments, and how we might want to approach it going forward. Choosing a new therapist can be scary and intimidating, but I'm hopeful I found a great fit for myself and my particular needs.
