I help ambitious women redefine success, thrive, and embrace a softer approach to life. I guide you in formulating a plan to let go of the "I have to do it, or it won't get done" mindset and lead a balanced life through self-discovery. Many therapy approaches focus on a single issue, but life is rarely that simple. I have an integrative approach that combines traditional talk therapy with humor, insight, and intuition. Together, we will prioritize a plan that addresses each of your concerns.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the initial session with me, clients can anticipate a warm and welcoming environment where their comfort and confidentiality are paramount. We'll begin by discussing their reasons for seeking therapy and any goals they hope to achieve. I'll explain the therapy process, including the techniques and strategies we may use, ensuring they feel informed and empowered in their journey. Additionally, I'll gather relevant background information to better understand their unique circumstances and needs. Importantly, this session serves as an opportunity for clients to ask questions, express concerns, and establish a collaborative relationship based on trust and mutual respect. By the end of the session, clients can expect to have a clearer understanding of how therapy can support them in their growth and healing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are helping you to: Unlearn the patterns and behaviors that have contributed to your hyper-independence. Effectively communicate your emotions so others can hear your heart vs being offended when you express your feelings. Finally, feel like a 𝐆𝐈𝐑𝐋 vs. feeling masculine and run down because you’re carrying 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Do you find yourself: Longing for balance, joy, and inner peace? Appearing confident and composed to others while quietly battling exhaustion or overwhelm? Always being the "strong one," making it hard to ask for or recognize when you need support? Feeling the weight of maintaining your success taking a toll on your emotional and physical health? Ready to take actionable steps to create a softer, more sustainable life? Seeking a personalized, practical approach to self-care that aligns with your ambitious lifestyle? If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place. Imagine a life… Where you feel free from having to make all the decisions. Where you are communicating your needs to your loved ones and your concerns are heard and validated. Where you’re no longer walking around feeling uncared for and lonely, even though you’re surrounded by people. Where you’re comfortably resting in your feminine energy because you’ve learned to retire your cape and stop playing superwoman. Where you’ve allowed those around you to take the lead sometimes so you can rest (𝑶𝙣𝒍𝙮 𝑺𝒎𝙚𝒕𝙞𝒎𝙚𝒔….𝙇𝒆𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝒐𝙩 𝙜𝒐 𝒄𝙧𝒂𝙯𝒚…. 𝑳𝙊𝑳). Where your time is spent exploring things that help you enjoy life vs. recovering from the rat race type of life you’re currently living.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize a structured and collaborative approach to assist clients in overcoming psychological challenges. CBT operates on the principle that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and by identifying and modifying negative thought patterns, clients can change their emotional responses and behaviors. In sessions, I work with clients to identify their maladaptive thought patterns and beliefs, challenging them to examine the evidence supporting these beliefs and encouraging the development of more realistic and constructive perspectives.

Psychodynamic

I use psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore unconscious patterns and past experiences that influence their current behaviors and emotions. By uncovering and understanding these deeper layers, clients can gain insight, resolve inner conflicts, and achieve long-term emotional growth.
