Psychodynamic

I utilize psychodynamic principles to create a safe and supportive space for my client to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. Together, we then collaborate interpret these insights, working towards resolving past traumas and fostering greater self-awareness and personal growth. Through this process, my aim would be to facilitate meaningful change and empower my client to lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize a structured and collaborative approach to assist clients in overcoming psychological challenges. CBT operates on the principle that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and by identifying and modifying negative thought patterns, clients can change their emotional responses and behaviors. In sessions, I work with clients to identify their maladaptive thought patterns and beliefs, challenging them to examine the evidence supporting these beliefs and encouraging the development of more realistic and constructive perspectives.
