Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked as a Mental Health Counselor since 2007, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. I am dedicated in helping my clients navigate emotional distress and build resilience. I am passionate about providing support and empowering you with tools and techniques to help you face your challenges. Now more than ever, we need a safe place to express ourselves and I'm looking forward to providing that for you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adolescent and adult clients to address various mental health concerns. I have a special interest in those dealing with family and peer issues, trauma, co-occurring disorders, relationship struggles, codependency, families and friends of addicts, and career development.
