Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I have 18 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families. I have a lot of experience and feel confident working with clients experiencing issues in the following areas: addiction, depression, relationship issues, adolescent issues, anxiety, codependency, self harm, self esteem, trauma, adjustment to life changes, and parenting.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked as a Mental Health Counselor for the past 18 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. I am dedicated in helping my clients navigate emotional distress and build resilience. I am passionate about providing support and empowering you with tools and techniques to help you face your challenges. Now more than ever, we need a safe place to express ourselves and I'm looking forward to providing that for you.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with clients of all ages to address various mental health concerns, as well as substance use issues. I have a special interest in those dealing with trauma, co-occurring disorders, families and friends of addicts, and those transitioning into adulthood.
