Hi, I'm a therapist specializing in helping individuals overcome challenges like anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe in a collaborative approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – focusing on identifying and changing negative thought patterns – with a Humanistic approach emphasizing self-acceptance and personal growth. I am also trained in Rapid Trauma Resolution helping you overcome whatever may be holding you back. Outside of the office, I enjoy exploring woodworking, spending time with my family, and discovering new culinary delights. I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Northcentral University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also certified as an expert in traumatic stress by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.
