First session
We’ll start with a conversation about what brings you in. I’ll ask about your current symptoms, when they started, and how they affect your daily life. We’ll also touch on your personal history, past treatments, and what has or hasn’t worked for you. We’ll talk about what you’d like to achieve—whether that’s reducing symptoms, improving sleep, boosting motivation, or finding healthier ways to manage stress. ’ll discuss possible treatment approaches, which may include therapy strategies, lifestyle tools, biofeedback, or medication if appropriate.
Strengths
Meeting Patients Where They Are I recognize that everyone’s journey is different. Whether symptoms are mild, situational, or long-standing, I tailor treatment to your unique needs, respecting your pace and comfort level. Blending Evidence-Based Care with Compassion I combine proven methods—such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, biofeedback, and medication management when needed—with genuine empathy and understanding. My approach balances clinical expertise with human connection. My patients value that I am honest, clear, and encouraging. I hold space for your struggles, but also challenge you to take active steps toward growth and healing.
