I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner here to assist you with managing anxiety, depression, mood disorder, and ADHD. As a team, we can identify your goals and attain them with evidence-based medications. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, it will be my goal to advocate for you who wants to be heard, and to manage your treatment with compassion, understanding, and respect.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions to get to know each other, your background, and what lead you to medication management, then into specific challenges you are facing and treatment goals. It's an opportunity to learn more about what you can achieve and how the process works. This will help us create a tailored plan to focus on during treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are compassion, sensitivity, strong communication skills, critical thinking skills, great organizational and time management skills, a high degree of confidentiality to appropriately manage delicate and urgent patient situations. My ability to collaborate and form effective relationships to solve problems and manage changing priorities are my strengths.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with teens and adults that recognize an issue and are willing to make changes. Most of my clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. We all sometimes feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious with the ups and downs of life.
