Hello, I am a dual certified Nurse Practitioner with board certifications in Women's health and Psychiatric Mental health. I've worked very hard to understand feelings that we all have and why our emotions guide our behaviors. I want to improve the lives of my patients by helping them understand these principles in their own lives and in the lives of those around them!
First session are very informal and I would really like to get to know them and allow them to get to know me. Together we will develop a plan to address what ever needs that led them to here. I really want each patient to feel comfortable and confident that together we will work on what ever needs and issues that have led them to seeking out assistance. Intake forms are required to be completed prior to first appointment. I also will not complete FMLA or leave of absence paperwork after first visits with a client. I will however complete needed paperwork for existing clients but charge a small fee to fill paperwork out and require one week notice on all required forms. Office is closed on Friday and Saturdays each week so please prioritize reaching out for medication refills with this in mind as no refills will be sent on those days, thanks!
I am very good at being able to look at situations from the views of someone else and that enables me to have a deeper understanding of why that person feels the way they do. I never look at a situation from the perspective of my life when trying to help my patients.
I love taking care of women in all stages of life but especially during pregnancy and the reproduction stage of life. I love helping family and couples thrive through all the challenges that arise in relationships, marriages, parenting, and living this wonderful thing called life! There is additional charges for extra letters, FMLA, or any extra paperwork requested of $15 with multiple ways to pay. I request one week to complete work and do not complete time off request after only one visit. I also want you to prioritize your medications and provide at least 3 days notice before refills are due. I will not send refills on Friday or Saturday because of those being my days off, sorry for any inconvenience.

I believe that every patient is their own individual and deserves their own individualized treatment plan to ensure their success and meeting their goals. I will utilize many treatment methods depending on what the patient needs and wants in order to improve the success of their individualized treatment plan. With every patient I've had the pleasure of working with the treatment methods are decided with their needs in mind.

Sheena is the best provider ive ever had is all I can say shes not only very educated but most importantly she actually cares about your well-being and wants whats best for you the most understanding caring woman that hard to find in a provider sheena you are definitely one of a kind and im lucky to have you as my mental health provider ty for everything you do to ake sure im ok and my mental health and myself are healthy and stable I appreciate u
